The complexity of the Agency Support role surpassed that of Customer ​Support Level 1, as it involved addressing a wide range of customer ​concerns for policies issued by Hippo Agency to it's partner carriers. Each ​carrier had its own unique terms, processes, and policies, adding a ​significant degree of challenge to the role.
